Textured soy protein is made from defatted soy flour ,which is low oil soy material . Because It can replace the meat products which is with high fat and high calories , the textured soy protein can also be call simulation of meat .It is generally as pale yellow dry  chunks or flakes .When putting it in the water, the textured soy protein will fluffy just like half cooked lean meat.

Textured Soy Meat Nugget Protein Extruder Machine production line is an inflating processing line that we developed based on riched extrusion technology to meet  the need of domestic and foreign markets . The material is pushed  forward by the screw and the soy proteion is textured owing to the high temperature ,high pressure , high shearing. After that, the products will be conveyed to the dryer by the air conveyor . Finally, cooling in the the cooling machine.
