This machine is made up with grinder, impulse precipitator, cyclone separator, blower and electric control cabinet. It has some

advantages, such as simple and compact structure, easy to be disassembled and cleaned, easy and simple to handle,

low energy consumption, fineness can be controlled (by screen), no temperature rising in machine cavity, wide range of application.

The production process can be continuous. This machine has reached the international advanced level, which can

Working principle:
物料由料斗进入粉碎室，被高速旋转的刀片剪切粉碎，通过负压风运的方法把物料运入旋风分离器，袋式除尘器、排出物料粉尘由吸尘箱经布袋过滤回收。

Material is fed from hopper into grinding room, and sheared and grinded by high-speed revolving blades. Then the powder is conveyed into cyclone separator by negative pressure wind transported method. 

Bag filter is used for discharging dust, and suction box is used for collecting the dust (after being filtrated).
