The customer’s local traditional breadcrumbs are sieved by crushing bread. In terms of production technology, traditional bread crumbs are time-consuming, laborious, inefficient, and costly due to a lot of waste. In the process of producing bread crumbs with the new technology, some waste materials will also be generated, but all the waste materials can be used as raw materials again.

The customer did a test after receiving the sample. The same is a 300g sample. The bread crumbs made with our equipment are larger and lighter, while the local traditional bread crumbs are small and heavier. The following is a comparison pictures.

The bread crumbs made with our bread crumb machine are labeled CHINA, and the other two are local brands. It can be seen from the picture that the same weight is 30g. The bread crumbs produced by our bread crumbs machine are filled with plastic bottles, but the bread crumbs of the other two brands are not even half a bottle.

Above is a comparison picture after frying. The left side (green plate) shows the traditional Indonesian breadcrumb frying effect, the color is golden, and the right side (red plate) is the fried chicken steak wrapped in our breadcrumbs. You can see that the color is whitish. The whitish color is due to the starch in the raw material. If you add some custard powder (a special food additive for bread/cakes/biscuits to increase the flavor and color, the color of the bread crumbs after being fried) is added during the production of bread crumbs. Turns into golden yellow), the bread crumbs produced can turn into golden yellow after frying.
