Needless to say, the gears in the gearbox, motors, reducers, frequency converters, screws and barrels  are large accessories. You must keep your eyes open when you buy them and let the seller mark them clearly. The gears are preferably helical gears, which can increase the transmission ratio, save energy and have a long service life; the commonly used motor brand in China's extrusion machine industry is Lijiu Motor, which is cost-effective. If the customer needs Siemens motors or ABB motors, they need to explain to the seller; frequency inverter In general, Delta inverters are used (many small manufacturers use inverters of other brands); the screws and barrels are made of nitriding materials, which have relatively high hardness and wear resistance. Of course, everything is based on trust. For small manufacturers without credit, no matter how good they promise, they may not be guaranteed.

Another important point is after-sales service. After-sales and quality are equally important for this large-scale equipment.
