In the first half of the year, due to the severe epidemic in most countries, the orders were mainly snack food machinery to meet basic needs, and everyone was conservative; the epidemic situation improved in the second half of the year, pet food machinery, fish feed machinery, textured soya protein machinery, nutritional rice machinery, and orders for new products, such as edible rice straw machinery, and degradable foam packing peanuts machinery began to increase. However, although the sales performance this year is quite good, there are still many after-sales problems that need to be resolved. Due to the epidemic, our after-sales engineers cannot go abroad to install and debug equipment for customers. Although online guidance is available, some customers still fail to debug the equipment. Fortunately, the new coronavirus vaccine has been mass-produced and started to be vaccinated, and our after-sales personnel are also waiting in line for the vaccine.
