These days, our new designed fried chips production line was designed by my company. Our traditional production line capacity is 100-150kg/h, which can’t meet some customer’s capacity requirement. For our new designed fried chips production line, its capacity can reach 600-900kg/h.

For this design, we adopt integrated system for each working station and change some machines for better productive effect. For example, we adopt automatic 4-head flavoring machine to flavor the snacks. The flavoring effect is more uniform. Except bigger capacity, this production line has the advantages of saving power consumption, saving labor cost, saving floor area, high production flexibility (the capacity can be controlled between 100-900kg/h). Except fried chips, expanded snacks can be also produced by similar design.
